Nestvirgo.com is my official and only international online store except my Etsy. It is cheaper here since there will be no platform and listing fees unlike Etsy which takes up to 30% of my earnings, grrrr!
SHIPPING
All my merch, excluding the mass produced products like the art collection book and shirts are made by my helper.
All orders will be processed within 2-3 weeks upon payment. This might change depending on the volume of orders coming. Please do wait. You can send a message if you want an update with your order.
Pre-orders will take 3-4 weeks of production before it starts being processed. Please take in mind the timeline before ordering.
SHIPPING METHOD
- SEA countries orders will be shipped through J&T Express Service.
- US and Canada orders will be shipped through PHLPost
- Anywhere else including EU, Australia, NZ, and other Asian countries' orders will be shipped through a freight Forwarder MyKartero to New Zealand Post
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I will not be responsible for any delays due to customs. for buyers in EU, VAT won't be added to total cost. Buyers will be the one responsible to pay for it.
- Only orders within United States and Puerto Rico will taxes be automatically calculated at the checkout.
- Customers from EU are encouraged to use Etsy since their system computes all the expenses including the tax. You may still order here if you are from EU, but do note that the shop is not liable for any taxes that may appear while receiving the package. You have to complete and pay the tax upon receiving your package.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are not eligible unless it's under my liability.
Cancellations
- Cancellations are not accepted unless with proper reason. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
